Express Entry

Fast-Track Your Canada PR Express Entry is Canada’s most popular pathway for skilled workers and their families to become permanent residents—often in just a few months. Launched in 2015, it is managed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and processes applications for three major federal economic immigration programs. Candidates are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), which considers factors such as age, education, language skills, and work experience. Top-ranking applicants receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency, making Express Entry one of the fastest and most competitive immigration systems in the world. With expert guidance from W2C Immigration, you can boost your CRS score, improve your chances of selection, and start your Canadian journey with confidence.

Family Sponsorship

Reunite with Your Loved Ones in Canada Parent & Grandparent Sponsorship Canada’s immigration laws prioritize family unity, allowing Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their parents or grandparents. To qualify, you must prove your relationship, meet financial requirements, and commit to supporting your family members for 20 years. Spots in this program fill quickly each year, so planning ahead is essential. As an alternative, the Super Visa offers extended stays, allowing parents and grandparents to visit and spend quality time with their children in Canada. Spousal & Partner Sponsorship Canadian immigration laws also make it possible for citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their spouse or partner, ensuring families can live together in Canada. This includes: Spouse: Legally married, including same-sex marriages, recognized in Canada or abroad. Common-Law Partner: Lived together in a conjugal relationship for at least 12 consecutive months. Conjugal Partner: Unable to live together due to exceptional circumstances but in a committed, permanent relationship. Sponsors must be at least 18 years old, financially capable of supporting their partner for 3 years, and meet Canadian marriage or partnership requirements. Additional rules apply to deter “marriages of convenience,” including a 2-year cohabitation requirement for certain cases.

Study Permit

Begin Your Academic Journey in Canada Canada welcomes over 130,000 international students each year, offering world-class education and a pathway to future opportunities. A study permit is a temporary resident visa that allows you to study in Canada for programs longer than six months. Whether you’re aiming for a Canadian college or university, timing is key. You’ll need to plan for admission requirements, application deadlines, visa processing times, and English or French language requirements.
Eligibility Requirements for a Study Permit To apply for a study permit, you must:

  • Prove to the visa officer you will leave Canada when your studies end.
  • Hold a Letter of Acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI).
  • Show proof of funds for tuition, living expenses, and any accompanying family members.
  • Provide a police clearance certificate.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • At W2C Immigration, we help students choose the right program, secure admission, and prepare strong study permit applications for a smooth transition to life in Canada.

    Visitor Visa & Super Visa

Visit Canada with Confidence Whether you’re planning a holiday in Canada or visiting family and friends, most travelers require a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) unless they are from a visa-exempt country (such as the USA). Visitor visas can be applied for online or on paper, and processing times vary depending on the submission method. At W2C Immigration, we have helped countless clients successfully secure their visitor visas—even those who have faced refusals in the past. While applying on your own may seem simple, incomplete or incorrect applications can lead to delays or rejections. Our experts ensure your application is accurate, well-supported, and meets Canadian immigration requirements. Main Documents for a Visitor Visa (TRV)

  • Letter of sponsorship or invitation (if applicable).
  • Valid passport and identification documents.
  • Proof of intent to return after your visit.
  • Proof of sufficient funds for your stay.

  • Work Permit

Build Your Career in Canada Canada offers diverse work permit options for skilled professionals, allowing you to gain valuable experience while contributing to the country’s economy. A work permit grants you legal authorization to work in Canada for a specified employer, location, and time period. It’s an excellent pathway for those aiming to gain Canadian work experience, support their families, and potentially transition to permanent residency. At W2C Immigration, we guide you through every step from securing a job offer to preparing your work permit application ensuring accuracy and increasing your chances of success.

    Super Visa

Extended Stays for Parents and Grandparents The Super Visa is a special program from the Government of Canada that allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to stay in Canada for up to two years per visit without needing to renew their status. This multiple-entry visa is valid for up to 10 years, giving families more time together and fewer application hassles. How the Super Visa Differs from a Visitor Visa A regular visitor visa allows stays of up to six months at a time, with extensions requiring additional applications and fees. The Super Visa, however, grants an initial two-year stay per entry—perfect for extended visits—while still offering the flexibility of multiple entries over its 10-year validity.
    Super Visa Eligibility Requirements

  • Host must meet the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) requirement.
  • Applicants must meet medical admissibility standards.
  • Proof of valid medical insurance is required.
